Returns & Exchanges

At TERRA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
